Job Description
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
Recruit Agency Partners (APC) and build a strong sales team
Train and develop partners on products, sales process, and compliance
Drive business targets (Premium / Revenue / Policies) through APC
Monitor partner performance and ensure productivity
Provide field support, joint calls, and closures
Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines
Motivate and retain high-performing partners
Maintain regular reporting (daily / weekly / monthly MIS)
