Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, lead generation, and market understanding.

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.

Present products/services to potential customers in a professional and convincing manner.

Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s overall growth.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree.

Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or similar role (0- 5 year) years preferred).

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong presentation skills and confidence in client-facing roles.

Must have good speaking skills in Marathi, Hindi, and English.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

Preferable background: Candidates with prior experience in telesales, business consultancy, or loan sector will be given priority.
