Business Development/ Sales Executive – WeMee (Corporate Gifting Company)

Location: Pune (Near Shaniwar Wada)

Salary: ₹10,000/- to ₹20,000/- +Incentives (Based on skills & interview performance)

Experience: 0 Months –3 Years (B2B / Corporate Sales preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

• New Client Acquisition: Identify and connect with decision-makers in HR, Admin, Procurement, Marketing, and Operations. Generate leads via LinkedIn, cold calling, email campaigns, paid ads, and on-field outreach.
• Client Consultation: Understand client gifting needs, budgets, and events; suggest customized gifting solutions.
• Proposal & Deal Closure: Prepare proposals, negotiate, and close deals to meet revenue targets.
• Project Coordination: Work with design, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and quality.
• Client Retention: Maintain strong relationships for repeat business and long-term partnerships.
• Market Insights & Reporting: Stay updated on trends, track KPIs, and report on leads and conversions.

Requirements:

• Experience in B2B sales, business development, or corporate gifting.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
• Result-driven and ability to manage multiple clients/projects.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM tools is a plus.
