Business Development & Sales Executive

We are looking for a target-oriented Business Development Executive to generate new business opportunities for our digital marketing services. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, direct client visits, pitching services, and closing deals.

• Key Responsibilities:Generate new leads through field visits, references, and local market research
• Visit client business locations directly (shops, offices, companies)
• Pitch digital marketing services such as SEO, Social Media Marketing, Google Ads, Website Development, Branding, etc.
• Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Maintain follow-ups and close deals
• Coordinate with internal team for smooth project execution
• Maintain daily visit and lead reports
• Skills & Requirements:Good communication skills in English (Mandatory)
• Marathi & Hindi speaking required
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills
• Confidence in client handling and face-to-face meetings
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing services (preferred)
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Two-wheeler preferred for local travel
