Job Description:

We're looking for a motivated Telecaller to join our team at R Life Advisory Services Private Limited. As a Telecaller, you'll be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, understanding their needs, and pitching our services. You'll work in a dynamic BPO setup, focusing on lead generation and customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients

- Understand customer needs and pitch our services

- Generate leads and achieve daily targets

- Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups

- Provide excellent customer service and build rapport

Requirements:

- Excellent communication skills (English & [Local Language])

- Prior experience in telesales/BPO is a plus

- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment

- Basic computer skills and typing knowledge
