Job Description:

As a Sourcing Manager at Shadow Infratech Pvt Ltd, you will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing Channel Partners to generate leads for the sale of NA plots. Your role will involve developing and executing strategies to expand the network of Channel Partners, driving lead generation, and ensuring the successful conversion of leads into sales. You will be a critical player in expanding the company’s market reach and increasing sales revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Channel Partner Management:
  • Identify and onboard new Channel Partners who can generate quality leads for NA plots.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Channel Partners, ensuring they are motivated and equipped to promote the company’s offerings.
  • Conduct regular meetings and training sessions with Channel Partners to keep them updated on products, incentives, and sales strategies.
  • Monitor the performance of Channel Partners, providing feedback and support to help them achieve their targets.
  1. Lead Generation:
  • Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies to attract potential buyers for NA plots through Channel Partners.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to design and execute campaigns that support lead generation efforts.
  • Analyze and optimize lead generation activities to ensure a steady flow of high-quality leads.
  • Track and report on the effectiveness of lead generation strategies and make data-driven adjustments as necessary.
  1. Sales Strategy and Execution:
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure that leads generated through Channel Partners are efficiently followed up and converted into sales.
  • Provide insights and recommendations on sales strategies based on market trends and feedback from Channel Partners.
  • Assist in the negotiation and closing of deals with clients referred by Channel Partners.
  1. Market Analysis and Development:
  • Conduct market research to identify potential areas for expanding the network of Channel Partners and generating new leads.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform sourcing strategies.
  • Develop and maintain a database of potential Channel Partners and leads.
  1. Reporting and Analysis:
  • Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on the performance of Channel Partners, lead generation activities, and overall sales performance.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement in sourcing and lead generation efforts.
  • Provide recommendations based on data analysis to optimize the effectiveness of the sourcing and lead generation processes.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sourcing Manager, Channel Partner Manager, or in a similar role in the real estate sector, with a focus on NA plots.
  • Strong network of contacts within the real estate industry, particularly among Channel Partners.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective lead generation strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and lead management tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel for meetings with Channel Partners and potential clients.
