Job Title: Draftsman

Experience Required: Minimum 2 years

Notice Period: Immediate joiner only

Job Description:

• Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare detailed 2D drawings including:
• Layout plans
• Elevations and sections
• False ceiling plans
• Flooring layouts
• Electrical & plumbing coordination drawings
• Joinery and furniture detailing
• Develop working drawings and shop drawings for execution.
• Revise drawings based on design updates and site feedback.
• Coordinate with designers, consultants, vendors, and contractors.
• Conduct site visits for measurements and verification.
• Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and local standards.
• Maintain organized documentation and drawing records.

Requirements:

• 2 years of relevant drafting experience
• Proficiency in AutoCAD
• Strong attention to detail
