  • Ensure clinical accuracy and completeness of pathways across disease sites
  • Map treatment regimens, staging, biomarkers, and therapy lines into structured formats
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to implement clinical logic within the platform
  • Continuously update pathways in line with guideline revisions and new evidence
  • Validate and cross-check pathways to maintain high clinical and logical accuracy
  • Support clinical discussions and provide insights on oncology workflows and protocols

Required Qualifications

  • Prior experience working in an oncology department / cancer hospital / oncology practice
  • Hands-on exposure to oncology treatment protocols and workflows
  • Familiarity with NCCN guidelines (mandatory)

Required Skills

  • Strong understanding of oncology treatment pathways and clinical decision-making
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to translate clinical knowledge into structured logic/workflows
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently as an individual contributor
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in clinical research / tumor boards / oncology audits
  • Exposure to clinical decision support systems (CDSS) or healthcare IT
  • Familiarity with SNOMED CT / clinical terminologies / FHIR (good to have)
  • Experience in guideline interpretation or protocol standardization

What We Offer

  • Opportunity to work at the intersection of AI and Oncology
  • Direct impact on building next-generation oncology decision support systems
  • Flexible remote work environment
  • Opportunity to work with a highly driven and innovative team

Ideal Candidate Profile
