Job Description

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic Closing Manager who will be responsible for engaging with qualified real estate clients, managing their site visit experience, and ensuring successful closures. The ideal candidate should have strong client-handling skills and prior experience with a developer or mandate firm (not from CP firms).



Key Responsibilities

  • Handle qualified leads, conduct follow-up calls, and ensure client readiness for site visits.
  • Attend to clients during site visits, provide detailed project walkthroughs, and address queries.
  • Build rapport with prospective buyers to drive trust and confidence in the offering.
  • Manage end-to-end client interaction and negotiation to ensure high conversion and closure rates.
  • Maintain clear and timely communication with internal sales teams for smooth coordination.
  • Track visit outcomes and maintain updated reports on lead movement and closures.



Requirements

  • Preferred experience: Background in real estate with exposure to developers or mandate firms.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience in client handling, follow-ups, and closing high-value deals.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple client interactions.
  • High level of professionalism, customer-centric approach, and problem-solving ability.



Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with the local real estate market and project landscape.
  • Comfort with CRM tools and lead management systems.
