CNC Machine Operator

The CNC Skilled Operator is responsible for operating CNC machines efficiently, producing precision components as per drawings, and ensuring quality through proper use of measuring instruments. The operator must be flexible to work in day and night shifts with extended duty hours.

• Key ResponsibilitiesCNC Machine OperationOperate CNC machines (Turning / Milling / VMC / HMC as applicable).
• Load and unload components safely and correctly.
• Follow machining drawings and work instructions.
• Monitor machine operations to ensure smooth production.
• Measurement & Quality ControlUse measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Bore Gauge, Height Gauge, Dial Indicator, etc.
• Check components as per drawing specifications and tolerance limits.
• Record inspection results and report deviations immediately.
• Production & Process ControlMaintain required production output and cycle time.
• Perform basic tool offset corrections and tool change if required.
• Identify machine or tooling issues and inform supervisor.

Willing to work day and night shifts (12-hour duty) as per production plan.

Ensure proper handover between shifts.
