काउंटरवर येणाऱ्या ग्राहकांचे स्वागत करून त्यांना मदत करणे.
ग्राहकांच्या गरजा समजून घेऊन योग्य उत्पादने सुचवणे.
काउंटरवरील उत्पादने नीटनेटकी व आकर्षक पद्धतीने मांडून ठेवणे.
ग्राहकांच्या प्रश्नांना नम्रपणे उत्तरे देऊन उत्पादनांची माहिती देणे.
विक्री काउंटरची स्वच्छता व व्यवस्थितपणा राखणे.
परतावा, बदल व तक्रारी व्यावसायिक पद्धतीने हाताळणे.
साठा उपलब्धतेसाठी स्टॉक / इन्व्हेंटरी टीमशी समन्वय साधणे.
