Counter Salesperson

Job Overview:

We are looking for a customer-friendly and proactive Counter Sales Person to assist customers at the store counter, manage sales, and ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and understand their requirements
• Provide product information and help customers choose the right items
• Handle walk-in customers and generate sales at the counter
• Maintain product display, cleanliness, and stock arrangement
• Process billing, handle cash/UPI/card payments
• Manage stock levels and inform the supervisor about low-stock items
• Maintain sales records and daily reports
• Resolve basic customer queries and provide after-sales support
• Ensure high customer satisfaction
