Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Care Executive (Non-Voice) to handle customer queries through chat, email, and online platforms. The candidate should be responsible for providing timely and accurate support while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries via chat, email, and online support platforms (non-voice).
Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Provide product/service information to customers.
Follow company processes and quality standards.
Escalate complex issues to the concerned department when required.
Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
Required Skills:
Excellent written communication skills.
Experience in non-voice/chat support.
Strong customer handling and management skills.
Basic to good computer knowledge.
Ability to understand and resolve customer queries.
Good typing speed and attention to detail.
Problem-solving mindset.
Eligibility:
Graduate / Undergraduate (Any stream).
Fresher & experienced both can apply.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and internet.
Work Environment:
Full-time role
