Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and chat

- Provide policy details, claims status, and premium updates

- Address customer concerns and resolve issues

- Escalate complex issues to seniors as needed

- Maintain accurate records and update CRM

Requirements:

- Excellent communication skills (English & [Local Language])

- Prior customer service experience (insurance preferred)

- Knowledge of insurance products is a plus

- Problem-solving skills and patient demeanor
