Role Overview: We are looking for a Client Service Executive to assist our stock market clients. You will help with account opening, explaining market terms, and solving trading platform issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with KYC and Demat account opened client.
• Resolve queries regarding fund transfers, margins, and ledger statements.
• Explain basic stock market concepts (Intraday, Delivery, IPOs) to clients.
• Help clients place buy/sell orders accurately.
• Maintain a polite and professional relationship with all investors.
• Wealth Management-Mutual Fund, Insurance

Requirements:

• Education: Graduate (Finance/Commerce preferred).
• Certification: NISM Series VIII (Equity Derivatives) is a big plus.
• Skills: Good communication skills in Hindi/English and basic computer knowledge.
• Experience: 0-2 years (Experience in Finance or BPO is preferred).
