• Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate customer and prospect information.
• Categorize leads based on source, interest level, budget, and property preferences.
• Ensure timely follow-up with leads through calls, emails, SMS, and other CRM channels.
• Track lead status and ensure movement through the sales funnel.
• Build strong relationships with prospects and existing customers
• Send personalized follow-ups, property updates, reminders, and promotional messages.
• Handle customer queries, feedback, or complaints professionally and escalate when needed.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Good understanding of the real estate sales cycle and customer behavior.

Strong organization, multitasking, and time-management skills.
