Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Telecaller to join our team. The Telecaller will be responsible for reaching out to students, providing course information, addressing queries, and guiding them through the enrollment process. The role requires excellent communication skills, persuasive abilities, and a student-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective students from provided leads.
Explain institute courses, training modules, career opportunities, and placement support.
Handle student queries politely and professionally via phone, WhatsApp, or email.
Follow up with interested students to ensure maximum enrollments.
Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups in the CRM/database.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for lead conversion and admissions.
Assist the counseling/admissions team in student engagement activities.
Requirements
Minimum qualification: Graduate with strong communication skills.
Proven experience as a Telecaller, Tele-sales, or similar role preferred (Freshers can also apply).
Excellent verbal communication in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
Ability to explain IT courses in a simple and clear manner.
Good convincing and negotiation skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets and CRM tools.
Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
