Dance Teacher

As a Freelance Dance Trainer with Trodo, you will conduct high-quality dance sessions at client locations such as homes, societies, schools, and corporate premises. You will be responsible for delivering engaging, structured, and enjoyable learning experiences tailored to learners of different age groups and skill levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct dance classes at client locations as per assigned schedules.
• Teach choreography and technique across one or more dance styles (e.g., Bollywood, freestyle, Zumba, folk, hip-hop, contemporary, etc.).
• Plan age-appropriate and safe dance routines.
• Engage and motivate students to enjoy the learning process.
• Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and communication with clients and the Trodo team.
• Participate in rehearsals and events such as school programs, societies, and corporate workshops (as applicable).

Preferred Dance Styles: (Any One or More)

• Bollywood / Freestyle
• Indian Folk / Garba
• Zumba / Fitness Dance
• Hip-Hop
• Semi-Classical / Contemporary

Eligibility & Requirements:

• Prior experience as a dance instructor / performer preferred.
• Excellent teaching, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Passionate, energetic, and child-friendly (for kids’ batches).
• Ability to travel within city limits for classes.
• Professional attitude and punctuality are a must.
