Data Entry Operator

Job Summary -

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Data Entry Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining accurate data in our systems. This role requires strong attention to detail, good typing speed, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and update data accurately into databases, spreadsheets, and systems
• Review data for errors or inconsistencies and correct when necessary
• Maintain confidentiality and data security
• Prepare, sort, and organize documents for data entry
• Generate reports as needed
• Assist with administrative tasks when required
• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum educational qualification: High School Diploma / Graduate
• Proficient typing skills (fast and accurate)
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work with speed and accuracy
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
