Debt Recovery Agent

We are looking for a responsible, disciplined, and target-driven Collection / Recovery Executive to handle overdue customer accounts and ensure timely recovery of outstanding payments. The role requires strong communication, negotiation skills, and the ability to handle customers professionally while achieving recovery targets.

The candidate will be responsible for contacting customers through calls, messages, and follow-ups to remind them of their pending EMIs, loan dues, or outstanding balances. The executive will guide customers regarding payment methods, late fees, and possible settlement or repayment plans as per company policy. The goal is to help customers clear their dues while protecting the company’s financial interests.

This role is not about harassment or pressure, but about professional recovery, customer education, and maintaining healthy customer relationships while ensuring timely collections.
