Digital Marketing Executive

Role Summary: 

We are looking for a creative and organized Digital Content & Marketing Specialist to showcase our interior design projects to the world. You will be responsible for capturing the beauty of our completed sites, creating engaging storytelling content, and managing the journey of a client from the first "Like" to the first "Inquiry."

​ Key Responsibilities: 

 1. Site Shoots & Content Creation: 

- ​ On-Site Shooting: Visit project sites to capture high-quality photos and videos of site progress and final reveals.

- ​ Video Editing: Create "Before vs. After," "Project Walkthroughs," and "Design Tip" reels for Instagram and YouTube.

- ​ Aesthetic Curation: Maintain a premium and sophisticated look for our social media grids that reflects our design style.

2. Marketing Strategy & Execution: 

- ​ Content Calendar: Maintain a strict schedule for posting site updates, client testimonials, and design inspiration.

- ​ Online & Offline Marketing: Manage digital ads (Meta/Google) and coordinate offline branding like site banners, brochures, and business cards.

- ​ Trend Analysis: Stay updated with the latest interior design trends and viral audio/formats.

3. Client Relations & Lead Management: 

- ​ First Response: Manage all DMs, comments, and WhatsApp inquiries.

- ​ Lead Qualification: Briefly explain our process to potential clients and gather their requirements (budget, BHK, location) before passing them to the management.

- ​ Client Testimonials: Coordinate with happy clients to record video reviews.

4. ​ Technical Skills Required: 

- ​ Visual Storytelling: Ability to find the best angles in a room (Lighting, Framing, Composition).

- ​ Software: Proficiency in CapCut/Premiere Pro (Video) and Canva/Photoshop (Graphics).

- ​ Communication: Professional fluency in English and Marathi/Hindi to interact with premium clients.

 5. ​Ideal Candidate Profile: 

- ​Someone with a keen eye for interior aesthetics, textures, and colors.

- ​Previous experience in Real Estate, Architecture, or Luxury Lifestyle marketing is a plus.

- ​Highly organized—able to manage multiple site visits and a posting calendar simultaneously.
