Salary Structure:

* ₹15,000 fixed salary per month

* ₹10,000 performance bonus (based on achieving targets)

* + 2% commission on generated business

Total earning potential: ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Job Responsibilities:

* Handle calls and WhatsApp communication with clients

* Manage Facebook, Instagram, and social media pages

* Respond to messages and generate leads

* Assist in running Facebook and Instagram ads

* Support online marketing and client engagement

Job Type:

Full-time

Remote / Work from Home

Requirements:

* Hindi and English speaking required

* Good communication skills

* Basic knowledge of Facebook and Instagram

* Serious and target-oriented candidates only

* Digital marketing knowledge is a plus

* Sales skills and ability to communicate confidently with clients
