Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to develop and manage online marketing campaigns for our real estate business. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in digital marketing, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of the real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing strategies to promote real estate listings and services.

Manage SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), and PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads).

Create engaging content for blogs, social media, and newsletters targeting home buyers, investors, and property seekers.

Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics; report on ROI and KPIs.

Maintain and optimize the company website and landing pages to improve user experience and lead generation.

Coordinate with the sales team to align digital campaigns with sales goals.

Stay updated on industry trends and new digital marketing tools.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

2–5 years of digital marketing experience; real estate experience is a plus.

Proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Mailchimp, WordPress, Canva, etc.

Strong copywriting and content creation skills.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
