Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive Experience: 1–3 Years Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary We are looking for a result-driven Digital Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize online marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in paid ads, SEO basics, social media marketing, and performance analysis to drive leads, traffic, and brand growth. Key Responsibilities Plan, create, and manage Google Ads (Search, Display, Call Ads) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) Optimize campaigns for leads, conversions, CTR, and ROI Perform keyword research and basic SEO on-page optimization Manage social media pages (content coordination, posting, engagement, insights) Create ad copies, headlines, descriptions, and assist with creatives Track performance using Google Analytics (GA4), Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager Set up and monitor conversion tracking & pixels Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports Coordinate with design, content, and sales teams Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and platform policies Required Skills Hands-on experience with Google Ads & Meta Ads Basic knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and landing page optimization Understanding of lead generation & performance marketing Knowledge of GA4, conversion tracking, and reporting Strong communication and analytical skill Ability to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines Preferred Qualifications Certification in Google Ads / Meta Blueprint (optional but preferred) Experience with WordPress websites Familiarity with tools like Canva, Keyword Planner, Search Console Experience in local business marketing (salon, real estate, education, healthcare, etc.) Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Leads generated & cost per lead (CPL) Campaign performance & ROI Conversion rate improvement Traffic and engagement growth Why Join Us?
