Job Overview:We are looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive with experience in promoting farm house and plot sales. The candidate should have strong digital marketing skills, a good understanding of real estate audiences, and the ability to generate quality leads through online campaigns.

• Key Responsibilities:Plan, create, and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, YouTube, etc.).
• Generate high-quality leads for farm house and plot projects.
• Manage social media pages, create engaging content, and monitor performance.
• Run paid advertising campaigns and optimize them for conversions.
• Handle SEO, website content updates, and landing page improvements.
• Track and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools.
• Create marketing creatives, brochures, reels, and promotional posts.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure lead flow and campaign effectiveness.
• Stay updated on digital trends, competitor strategies, and market behavior.
• Requirements:Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing for real estate—especially farm house and plot sales.
• Strong knowledge of social media marketing, Google Ads, SEO, and lead generation.
• Ability to create content (posts, captions, short videos).
• Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager).
