Compensation: ₹1.80 LPA – ₹3.60 LPA (₹15,000 – ₹30,000/month) + Performance Incentives

About the Role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive – Lead Generation Specialist who can take full ownership of planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to generate qualified B2B leads for WeMee.

The ideal candidate will be hands-on with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and automation tools — ensuring a consistent flow of quality leads while enhancing WeMee’s digital presence and brand credibility.



Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation Strategy & Campaign Ownership

  • Plan and execute multi-channel digital campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), GMB, SEO, and email marketing.
  • Develop and track monthly lead generation plans with clear CPL and conversion targets.
  • Target key decision-makers — HR, Admin, Procurement, and Marketing professionals — with customized messaging and offers.
  • Manage the complete lead funnel — from awareness to conversion and nurturing.

Paid Advertising (Google, LinkedIn & Meta)

  • Create and optimize campaigns across Google Search, Display, YouTube, and Discovery networks.
  • Manage LinkedIn Ads to engage corporate decision-makers and generate high-quality leads.
  • Execute Meta (Facebook/Instagram) lead and brand awareness campaigns.
  • Conduct A/B testing for creatives, keywords, audiences, and CTAs to improve ROI.

LinkedIn Lead Generation & Outreach

  • Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator for B2B prospecting and outreach.
  • Build and maintain targeted lead lists by industry, role, and region.
  • Send personalized connection requests and follow-ups to convert prospects into qualified leads.
  • Track outreach performance and optimize response and conversion rates.

Landing Page, Website & Conversion Optimization

  • Create and optimize high-performing landing pages with strong CTAs.
  • Analyze user behavior and improve conversion touchpoints to reduce drop-offs.
  • Optimize website and landing pages for SEO and Google My Business rankings.
  • Improve site speed, structure, and content for better lead quality.

Social Media Marketing & Brand Awareness

  • Plan and manage organic content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
  • Develop creative posts around gifting trends, success stories, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Collaborate with designers and video creators to ensure cohesive and engaging brand visuals.
  • Track engagement metrics and align organic content with paid ad performance.

Marketing Automation & CRM Integration

  • Integrate all lead forms and campaigns with CRM and automation tools.
  • Set up automated WhatsApp or email nurturing sequences for faster follow-up.
  • Ensure proper lead tagging, assignment, and tracking for seamless sales handoff.

Coordination & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with the sales, design, and operations teams to ensure campaigns are lead-focused.
  • Share data insights and performance feedback with management to align on business goals.
  • Maintain regular communication across departments for smooth execution.

Reporting, Analytics & Optimization

  • Track daily and weekly campaign metrics such as leads, CPL, CTR, and conversions.
  • Maintain detailed dashboards and performance reports.
  • Optimize ad spend, creatives, and landing pages based on insights.
  • Present weekly performance reports with recommendations for improvement.


What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in performance marketing or digital lead generation (B2B preferred).
  • Expertise in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, GMB, and analytics tools.
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM systems.
  • Understanding of marketing funnels, automation, and campaign optimization.
  • Basic skills in Canva, Photoshop, or video editing for creative coordination.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of managing campaigns independently.

Preferred:

  • Experience with CRM and automation platforms for lead nurturing.
  • Prior exposure to corporate gifting, B2B, or service-based marketing.
  • Creative mindset to improve visuals, landing pages, and campaign performance.


Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Number of qualified B2B leads generated monthly.
  • Cost per Lead (CPL) and lead-to-sale conversion ratio.
  • Growth in organic reach and social engagement.
  • SEO and GMB ranking improvements.
  • Campaign ROI and reporting accuracy.
