Digital Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities :

• Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
• Post ads regularly on relevant platforms.
• Monitor and manage ad budgets to ensure maximum ROI
• Create and manage engaging marketing campaigns to generate quality leads
• Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc. for campaign analysis and optimization
• Perform basic graphic designing for digital ads, social media creatives, and banners (using Canva, Photoshop, etc.)
• Oversee SEO management – on-page and off-page strategies to improve website visibility
• Collaborate with sales and design teams to align marketing strategies with business goals
• Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and KPIs

Key Skills Required :

• Proven experience in Performance Marketing for 2 years
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital ad platforms
• Familiarity with SEO tools (Google Search Console)
• Basic skills in graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, etc.)
• Excellent understanding of digital marketing metrics and analytics
• Ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously
• Strong communication and coordination skills
