Job Title: Disciplinary Task Manager (Executive Productivity Coach)

About the Role

We are seeking a focused and disciplined professional to work directly with the CEO/Head of Company. The role is to ensure accountability, structure, and consistency in completing daily and long-term tasks. The ideal candidate will act as a guiding mentor/teacher—maintaining discipline, monitoring progress, and keeping the leader aligned with priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and track daily, weekly, and monthly tasks of the CEO.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned work and follow up consistently.
• Maintain structure and discipline in schedules, priorities, and deadlines.
• Review progress and provide corrective guidance when tasks deviate.
• Motivate, remind, and guide the CEO in staying focused and productive.
• Act as a strict accountability partner without requiring subject expertise.

Requirements

• Strong sense of discipline and authority, with ability to enforce deadlines.
• Excellent organizational and monitoring skills.
• Ability to guide and mentor with firmness yet professionalism.
• No domain-specific knowledge required.
• Prior experience as a teacher, coach, mentor, or task manager is a plus.
