We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Operations Executive/Manager to oversee and streamline daily e-commerce functions for our packaging and retail division. The ideal candidate will manage order fulfillment, inventory control, product listings, logistics coordination, and ensure a seamless online customer experience across all platforms.

• Key Responsibilities:Order Management & FulfillmentMonitor and manage order processing from receipt to dispatch across marketplaces and company website
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and courier partners to ensure timely delivery
• Track orders and handle escalations, delays, returns, and replacements efficiently
• Ensure proper packaging standards and branding are followed for all e-commerce shipments
• Inventory & Stock ManagementMaintain real-time inventory levels across all platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.)
• Coordinate with warehouse and procurement for stock replenishment
• Minimize stock-outs and overstock situations through demand planning and forecasting
• Marketplace & Website OperationsManage product listings, pricing, descriptions, and images across marketplaces
• Ensure product data is SEO-optimized and visually appealing
• Monitor product performance, reviews, and ratings; take corrective actions where necessary
• Logistics & CoordinationLiaise with shipping partners for pickups, reverse logistics, and performance issues
• Ensure proper documentation for all shipments and follow compliance protocols
• Optimize shipping costs and delivery timelines through smart partner selection
• Customer Service & ReportingHandle customer queries, feedback, and support tickets professionally
• Generate regular reports on sales performance, returns, fulfillment rates, etc.
• Work on process improvement plans to improve efficiency and reduce turnaround time
• Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, E-commerce or related field
• Proven experience in e-commerce operations in the packaging or retail industry is preferred
• Strong knowledge of marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Jiomart, etc.
• Proficient in MS Excel, order processing software, and marketplace dashboards
• Excellent coordination, analytical, and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
