E-Commerce Executive

📝 Job Summary

Shop Drive, the parent company of Tarkan Labs, is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented

Order Processing & Returns Executive to manage daily online orders, coordinate dispatches, and handle all return/refund processes across marketplaces. The candidate should have strong operational knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

• 📦 Key Responsibilities Order Processing Process daily orders from Amazon, Flipkart etc and website orders.
• Create invoices, shipping labels.
• Coordinate with the packing/warehouse team to maintain dispatch deadlines.
• Track shipments and update order status regularly.
• Returns & Replacement Management Manage return, refund, and replacement requests on all marketplaces.
• Coordinate with courier partners for return pickups and inward entries.
• Inspect returned products upon arrival and update status in the system.
• Process refunds and issue replacements as per company SOPs.
• Maintain accurate daily logs of returns and replacements.
• Inventory & Reporting Update stock levels across platforms after dispatch and returns.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports for orders, returns, and replacements.
• Identify recurring product return patterns and share feedback for improvement.

• 🧩 Skills & Qualifications0–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations (preferred).

• Hands-on knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, etc.
• Good command of Excel/Google Sheets.

📍 Work Schedule Location: Pisoli Undri, Pune

• Working Days: Monday to Saturday
• Timings: 9.30 AM to 6.30 PM
