POS knowledge & Dashboard 

Should be aware of Billing Flow to assist

    Dashboard :- 

 1) Menu Manager :- a) Product On /Off b) Logs Franchise owner if they are facing some issues over Item Stocking to avoid cancellation of order, which results in our online listing made offline by aggregators centrally.

 2) Merchant Dashboard & Reports – To view and track sales, along with checking monthly reports. To check all deductions are correctly made,

3) Inventory Dashboard – Weekly Or Monthly Tracking of Inventory related issues.

4) Periodically checking Online Business, Zomato / Swiggy / DINE IN / TAKEAWAY / DELIVERY to ensure GST, Packaging Charges & Discounts are correctly updated (Every Tuesday as scheduled) and to understand business flow weekly or monthly.

5) Reports – To check all deductions are correctly made, if any errors or calculations are wrongly updated onto the system

6) Should coordinate with the store manager for keeping LOG BOOK records in place and correctly updating them.
