Job Role Overview:

As a Sales Executive – E-commerce, you will handle online customer inquiries and convert leads into successful sales. You will guide customers in choosing the right Apple products and ensure a smooth buying experience from inquiry to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via website, WhatsApp, calls, and social media

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable Apple products

• Convert online leads into sales

• Share product details, pricing, offers, and payment information

• Explain differences between new and refurbished products, including warranty details

• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, billing, and dispatch

• Maintain proper lead records and update CRM/sales sheets regularly

• Prepare daily and weekly sales reports

• Share customer feedback with the team

Requirements:

Education:

Graduate or pursuing graduation (Commerce/Marketing preferred)

Skills:

• Strong communication skills (verbal & written)

• Basic understanding of e-commerce or online sales

• Comfortable handling customers via WhatsApp and calls

• Quick learner, especially about Apple products

Preferred Qualities:

• Confident, polite, and customer-focused

• Target-oriented with a positive attitude

• Organized and detail-oriented

• Female candidates preferred
