Job Role: Course Counselor / Education Counselor
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls related to IT courses & certifications
- Respond to WhatsApp & email enquiries
- Explain course details, fees, batch schedules
- Provide career guidance to students & working professionals
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into admissions
- Maintain enquiry & lead records
- Support basic email & WhatsApp marketing activities
Skills Required:
- Good communication (Hindi + English preferred)
- Basic computer knowledge
- Experience in education / training /Sales preferred
- Sales & counselling mindset
