Job Title: Electrical / Electronics Engineer (Control Engineer)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Control Engineer with strong technical, project coordination, and communication abilities. The role involves designing, implementing, and managing control systems while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Read, create, and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics.

Develop detailed engineering drawings and technical specifications for components and assemblies.

Apply programming logic and interlock knowledge for system design and implementation.

Conduct feasibility studies and perform engineering calculations to support design decisions.

Plan, execute, and monitor projects as per approved drawings, scope, and defined goals.

Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams and project managers to ensure alignment with project objectives.

Act as a single point of contact for multiple team units, managing schedules, targets, and deliverables.

Identify project risks, analyze trends, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure smooth execution.

Drive efficiency improvements, cost optimization, and risk reduction initiatives.

Prepare regular status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing project data.

Review RFQs thoroughly and ensure project requirements are clearly understood and met.

Manage and communicate change requests, highlighting their impact on timelines and budgets

Coordinate the preparation of user manuals, training materials, and related documentation for successful system handover to clients.

Strong experience in managing partner and stakeholder expectations and meeting commitments.

Excellent influencing, presentation, and communication skills (verbal and written).

Proven leadership, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
