Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Electrician to install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential, commercial, or industrial settings. The ideal candidate will ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with applicable codes and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, systems, and fixtures
• Inspect electrical components (e.g., transformers, circuit breakers) to identify hazards or defects
• Diagnose electrical problems using testing devices
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
• Ensure all electrical work complies with local and national electrical codes
• Perform routine maintenance and preventative inspections
• Respond to electrical emergencies and service calls
• Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and other trades as needed
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
• Follow safety procedures and use protective equipment at all times

Qualifications & Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of an electrician apprenticeship program
• Valid electrician license or certification (as required by state/local regulations)
• Proven experience as an electrician
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, tools, and safety standards
• Ability to read technical diagrams and blueprints
• Physical ability to lift equipment, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces
