EMS Operator

🧾 Job Summary

Operate and manage the complete EMS SMT line, including pick & place machines, solder paste inspection (SPI), reflow ovens, and related equipment. Responsible for programming machines, ensuring product quality, performing routine maintenance, and optimizing line performance.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Set up and program pick & place machines for different PCB assemblies.

• Run the full SMT production line (loader, SPI, pick & place, reflow).

• Maintain accuracy, speed, and placement quality.

• Conduct first-article checks and in-process quality verification.

• Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and calibration of machines.

• Troubleshoot machine and process issues to minimize downtime.

• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

• Collaborate with Engineering/QA for process improvements.

📌 Required Skills & Qualifications

• Diploma / ITI / Any Graduate with relevant experience in SMT/EMS operations

• Hands-on experience with programming pick & place machines

• Understanding of SMT process flow (SPI, placement, reflow)

• Ability to read PCB drawings and component data

• Strong attention to detail and quality

• Basic machine maintenance skills
