We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Factory Worker to join our team at our Hydraulic Hose Assembly plant. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for assembling hydraulic hoses according to specified requirements and ensuring that products meet quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble hydraulic hoses, fittings, and related components according to production instructions and safety standards.
• Measure, cut, and crimp hoses using specialized tools and machinery.
• Inspect hoses and assemblies for defects, ensuring they meet required specifications.
• Operate production machines and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment.
• Follow safety protocols, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Monitor inventory levels of materials and report shortages.
• Document production processes and report any issues to supervisors.
• Assist in loading and unloading materials as required.
• Collaborate with other team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
