Male (Field Sales)

Location: Bhosari & Chakan, Pune (Candidates residing within 5 km preferred)

We are looking for a dynamic Field Sales Manager to lead and manage on-ground sales activities. The role involves lead generation, client meetings, site visits, deal closures, and team handling to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through site visits, references, brokers, and field activities
• Meet prospective clients and understand their requirements
• Conduct site visits, land/project walkthroughs, and product presentations
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and close sales deals
• Manage and guide field sales executives / channel partners
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Coordinate with CRM, marketing, and documentation teams
• Maintain daily MIS, client follow-ups, and sales reports
• Develop local market knowledge and competitor analysis

• Experience in Real Estate / Construction / Channel Partner (CP) firm preferred
• Good communication skills in Marathi, Hindi & basic English
• Confident, convincing, and customer-focused
• Basic knowledge of CRM/Excel is an added advantage
• Experience:2–10+ years preferred
• Working Hours:9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)
• Salary: Best in industry + incentives (based on performance)
