Field Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Actively promote gold investment plans and gold loan schemes in assigned areas.

Identify and approach potential clients — including shop owners, salaried individuals, and investors — to explain company offerings.

Distribute marketing materials, organize small field campaigns, and participate in local promotional events.

Collect leads and customer data, follow up for conversions, and maintain strong client relationships.

Meet weekly and monthly targets for new customers and investment enrollments.

Work closely with the marketing and operations team to improve local visibility and customer experience.

Provide regular market feedback and competitor analysis to the management team.
