Location: Pune (Field-based – Near Shaniwar Wada Office)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: ₹1.80 LPA – ₹4.20 LPA (₹15,000 – ₹35,000/month) + Performance Incentives

About the Role
We are looking for a Field Sales Executive to drive business growth through direct client interactions. This role involves meeting corporate clients, generating new leads, presenting gifting solutions, and closing deals.
This opportunity is ideal for energetic individuals who enjoy meeting people, building relationships, and achieving sales targets on the field.
Key Responsibilities
• Visit corporate offices to generate new business opportunities.
• Identify and meet potential clients through field visits, references, and networking.
• Understand client requirements and present suitable gifting solutions.
• Conduct product presentations and negotiations at client locations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
• Follow up on leads, proposals, and closures to achieve targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams (design, operations, logistics) for smooth execution.
• Maintain accurate records of meetings, leads, and closures.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
What We’re Looking For
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence in client meetings, negotiations, and closures.
• Target-driven and self-motivated attitude.
• Willingness to travel locally for client visits.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office; CRM experience is a plus.
• Prior field sales experience is an advantage, but freshers with passion for sales are welcome.
