*Job Title: Field Sales Executive

Employment Type: Full-Time
Reports To: Business Head
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹50,000/month + Incentives
Experience: 1–8 years in insurance sales
Job Role:
- Lead a team of sales executives/agents to achieve targets
- Develop & execute sales strategies for corporate/retail clients
- Build relationships with brokers, agents, and corporate partners
- Monitor sales performance & provide coaching/mentorship
- Ensure compliance with IRDAI & company policies
- Drive business growth through cross-selling/upselling
Skills Required:
- Proven sales track record in insurance
- Leadership + team management skills
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Knowledge of insurance products & market trends
