Field Sales Executive

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to promote and sell electrical products to distributors, retailers, contractors, and industrial clients. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory.

• Key Responsibilities:Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory
• Visit retailers, dealers, electricians, and contractors regularly
• Promote company’s electrical products (e.g., wires, switches, lighting, panels, etc.)
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business
• Conduct product demonstrations and explain technical features to customers
• Collect market feedback and monitor competitor activities
• Ensure timely collection of payments from clients
• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and submit to the manager
• Participate in promotional activities, exhibitions, and campaigns
