Field Sales Executive & Sr. Field Sales Executive

The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for acquiring new merchants and promoting Paytm’s digital payment solutions, including QR codes, Soundbox devices, and payment services. The role requires visiting local businesses, building relationships with merchants, and driving the adoption of Paytm products.

• Identify and approach potential merchants in assigned territories.
• Onboard new merchants to Paytm’s payment ecosystem (QR, Soundbox, POS, etc.).
• Demonstrate and explain Paytm products and services to merchants.
• Achieve monthly sales and merchant acquisition targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with shop owners and local businesses.
• Ensure proper installation and activation of Paytm QR codes and devices.
• Provide basic training to merchants on using Paytm payment solutions.
• Track daily visits, leads, and sales activities.
• Stay updated with Paytm offers, campaigns, and competitor activities.
• Resolve merchant queries and escalate issues when necessary.
