Job Summary:

• Source blue-collar candidate through job portals, field sourcing, references, and socal media.
• Screen candidates based on jon requirements, availability, and eligibility.
• Coordinate interviews and ensure smooth candidate communication throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for bulk hiring requirements.
• Verify candidate documents and basic background details.
• Maintain accurate records of candidates and hiring status.
• Follow up with candidates until onboarding/ joining is completed.

Requirements:

• Strong sourcing skills
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Smartphone/laptop with internet access.

Compensation:

• Payment on per successful closure/ per joining basis.
• Attractive incentives for bulk closures (if applicable).
