🎯 Role Overview

You will be responsible for:

Acquiring new GCC employer clients (UAE focus)

Generating and closing job orders

Conducting virtual meetings with HR and hiring managers

Negotiating manpower requirements

Building long-term employer relationships

Driving revenue growth

This is not a junior role.

We need someone who understands GCC hiring dynamics.

✅ Mandatory Requirements

Minimum 2–3 years experience in GCC manpower recruitment

Proven record of securing job orders

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Ability to conduct virtual client meetings confidently

Own laptop & smartphone (mandatory)

Stable internet connection

Comfortable working in performance-based structure

💰 Compensation Structure

Fixed Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000

Commission per Job Order

Commission per Deployment

Revenue-based monthly bonus

High performers can earn ₹60,000+ per month.

No performance → only fixed.
