Job Description: Graphic Designer (Meta Static Ad Creatives)Role Overview

We are looking for a Graphic Designer who specializes in creating high-converting static image ads for Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram). Your only focus will be designing performance-driven ad creatives - no branding decks, no UI, no random design work.

• Key ResponsibilitiesDesign static image ad creatives specifically for Facebook & Instagram ads
• Create multiple creative variations (hooks, angles, formats) for the same campaign
• Translate marketing briefs, copy, and concepts into scroll-stopping visuals
• Adapt creatives based on performance feedback (CTR, ROAS, fatigue, etc.)
• Maintain consistency with brand guidelines while testing new creative ideas
• Deliver creatives in required sizes and formats on time
• RequirementsProven experience in designing Meta static ad creatives
• Strong understanding of performance marketing visuals (hooks, contrast, hierarchy)
• Ability to design for conversion, not just aesthetics
• Proficiency in Photoshop / Illustrator / Figma / Canva (advanced)
• Fast turnaround and ability to handle multiple creatives weekly
• Experience working with D2C / e-commerce brands is a big plus
