• Key Responsibilities:Design and develop creative graphics, banners, posters, brochures, and digital materials for educational purposes.
• Create high-quality YouTube thumbnails, social media creatives, and other digital assets as per platform size guidelines.
• Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to conceptualize and execute design ideas.
• Ensure brand consistency across all visual communications.
• Edit, retouch, and enhance images for print and digital use.
• Work on both print designs (flyers, standees, brochures) and digital designs (ads, thumbnails, infographics, presentations).
• Required Skills & Knowledge:Proficiency in CorelDRAW, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
• Strong understanding of thumbnail design and standard dimensions for platforms like YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
• Knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Creativity with the ability to adapt designs for an educational audience.
