Job Description

About the RoleWe’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our marketing agency. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in both digital creatives and print design, with the ability to translate concepts into visually impactful communication that aligns with brand guidelines.


Key Responsibilities

Digital Design


  • Create static and motion graphics for social media, websites, and digital campaigns.
  • Develop banners, ads, thumbnails, emailers, landing page creatives, and UI-based design elements.
  • Collaborate with the social media and strategy team to develop campaign-based creatives.
  • Adapt designs for multiple platforms (Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).


Print Design


  • Design brochures, flyers, standees, posters, product packaging, catalogues, and other marketing collateral.
  • Prepare print-ready files with proper bleed, margins, and colour profiles.
  • Coordinate with printers/vendors to ensure quality output.


Branding

  • Develop logos, brand identities, and visual guidelines.
  • Maintain consistent brand aesthetics across all digital and print assets.


Collaboration & Strategy


  • Work closely with copywriters, marketers, and the creative director.
  • Participate in brainstorming and campaign-planning sessions.
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects and manage multiple deadlines.


Required Skills & Qualifications


  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects optional).
  • Knowledge of Canva, Figma, or similar tools is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of typography, layouts, colours, and visual hierarchy.
  • Experience in both digital ads and print production.
  • Ability to take feedback positively and iterate quickly.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating digital + print design.


Preferred Qualifications


  • Motion graphics/video editing basics (bonus).
  • Knowledge of current design trends in social media.
  • Experience working in a marketing agency or similar fast-paced environment.
