Job Description

Role Overview For Position : Growth Activation Executive

The Growth Activation Executive will be responsible for planning and executing society-level activities, obtaining necessary permissions, managing event participation, and driving business outcomes through direct resident interactions. The role focuses on implementing Go-To-Market (GTM) activities, driving resident engagement through innovative formats, and converting participation into qualified leads and transactions. The role demands strong communication, coordination, and relationship management skills.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Society Engagement & Permissions
  • Visit shortlisted residential societies to obtain permissions for conducting ZIKI activities or events.
  • Discuss and finalize event logistics, including any applicable charges or permissions from the society committee.
  1. Event Participation & Promotion
  • Represent ZIKI during society events, ensuring professional and engaging interactions with residents.
  • Promote ZIKI’s offerings and services, collect leads, and generate business interest during the engagements.
  1. Lead Conversion & Follow-up
  • Follow up with interested residents post-event to convert leads into business opportunities.
  • Maintain regular communication for relationship building and feedback.
  1. Coordination with Internal Teams
  • Collaborate with ZIKI’s marketing, operations, and business teams to execute the monthly event calendar efficiently.
  1. Reporting & Insights
  • Track event attendance, resident feedback, and conversion metrics.
  • Maintain weekly MIS reports with key insights, learnings, and improvement suggestions.

 

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Age: Below 30 years
  • Experience: 1–3 years preferred in field marketing, events, or community engagement roles
  • Education: Graduate in any discipline
  • Skills Required:
  • Excellent communication in English & Hindi
  • Confident personality and people-oriented attitude
  • Basic MS Excel/reporting knowledge
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Other Requirements:
  • Willing to work on-ground across Pune & PCMC
  • Open to flexible timings (weekends/evening events as per calendar)

 

Proposed Hiring Plan:

  • No. of Positions: 2-3 (initial phase, scalable as per project expansion)
  • Location: Pune & PCMC
  • Engagement Type: Full-time / Contract (to be finalized with HR)
  • Expected Joining: Immediate ( By 15th Nov )

Job Title: Manager – Broker Network & Channel Sales (Yukio)

Location: Pune

Salary Range: ₹5–6 LPA

Openings: 1 (Male candidate preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

· Drive lead generation through both online and offline channels via the channel partner network.

· Build and manage the sales funnel from inquiry to closure.

· Coordinate and conduct site visits with potential customers.

· Convert leads into bookings through effective client engagement and timely follow-ups.

· Monitor performance metrics and recommend improvements in sales and channel strategies.

Key Requirements:

· 2–4 years of experience in Sales or Business Development within Co-living, Real Estate, Hospitality, or Estate Agency sectors.

· Proven experience in managing or engaging with the broker network in Pune.

· Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

· Ability to work independently and take ownership of the sales cycle.

· Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Excel will be an added advantage.

· High energy, result-oriented, and customer-centric approach.
