Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Collect and check customer documents (KYC, income papers, property papers, etc.).
- Coordinate with credit, legal, and technical teams for processing files.
- Make sure loan files are submitted, followed up, and disbursed on time.
- Achieve monthly loan disbursal targets.
- Update daily reports and CRM systems.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of home loan process (preferred).
- Basic computer and MS Office skills.
